Cullum joined Doig+Smith at the beginning of March to head up Project Management in London. He has over fifteen years’ experience in the built environment including roles as a Civil Engineer, Construction Manager and Project Manager. These roles have enabled him to develop a strong and comprehensive understanding of the full project life cycle, from feasibility to management and operation.
With extensive experience in a number of differing sectors – Master-planning in the Middle East, Hospitals, Education, Residential in its many guises, and additionally Corporate Real Estate such as Cat A and B fit-outs.
Cullum has an operational role leading the project team and developing new opportunities, whilst continuing to deliver projects.
