Glasgow Company Ranked for Prestigious Investors In People Awards 2017

Glasgow headquartered business, Doig + Smith Ltd has been named as a leader in people management practice globally, having been ranked in the Platinum Employer of the year (50-249) at the annual Investors in People Awards.

The Awards celebrate the best people management practices amongst Investors in People accredited businesses. Winners are announced at a spectacular awards ceremony and dinner at Old Billingsgate, London, on 23 November 2017.

The Awards provide the opportunity to benchmark against high performing organisations globally. This year the 12 award categories focused on the main elements of what it means to be an Investor in People, from Excellence in Leadership and Management, to Excellence in Social Responsibility to Leader of the Year and Best Newcomer. Those who ranked at this year’s ceremony represent the companies who have fully embraced the IIP mission to unlock organisational success by realising the potential of their people. They are truly outperforming and impressive companies who value employees as the core of their business.
