PROJECT NEWS
CHRYSTON COMMUNITY HUB
Doig + Smith provided Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services on this successful collaboration on the new Chryston Community Hub which was opened last week.
GARLOGIE DAM:
Our Aberdeen office provided Project Management services for the successful removal of a section of the Garlogie Dam Project, allowing Atlantic salmon back into the River Dee for the first time in a century.
FEARN:
Warehouse number 7 for The Glenmorangie Company Fearn done and dusted – completing phase 1 of this brilliant project.
EXASCALE:
We will be cost consultants for The University of Edinburgh as preferred hosts for the first phase of the Exascale supercomputer – as chosen by the UK Government. Supported by a £900m investment, this tech leap will propel the UK into the data-driven future.
PAISLEY TOWN HALL:
Doig and Smith provided Cost Management and Principal Designer services to the ambitious redevelopment of Paisley Town Hall.

The D+S flag was flying high during 4 days of racing in the RS21 World Championship 2023 in the stunning surrounds of Porto Rotondo in Sardinia, Italy.

Trainee Quantity Surveyor Jodi joined Senior Quantity Surveyor Simon at the Passivhaus Trust 2023 conference in Edinburgh this month – a chance to dig deep into best Passivhaus practices, get involved in technical sessions and discover pioneering case studies.
